5 Lemonade Diet Recipes To Lose Weight And To Overcome From Common Health Ailments!

Lemonade DietThe lemonade diet is also known as master cleanse diet or lemon cleanse diet. This diet will help to lose weight, think sharper, give up smoking, generally feel amazing and sleep better.

This diet will also help to slew some problems which include digestive problems, migraines, cholesterol, blood pressure, allergies-even infertility and cancer.

Here are some lemonade diet recipes:

Lemonade diet #1: best strawberry punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 pkg. strawberry cool aid
  • 1 qt frozen strawberries
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 (1 qt) unsweetened pine apple juice

Method of preparation:

  • Mix cool aid per package instructions.
  • Add 1 lemon and blend thawed berries in blender by pouring 1/3 of pineapple juice.
  • Serve it chilled.

Lemonade diet #2: wedding punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter ginger ale
  • 1 lg can pineapple juice
  • 2 liters of water (use ginger ale bottle)
  • 2 pkgs. lime or lemon-lime kool-aid mix
  • 2 c sugar

Method of preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients and serve chilled.
  • It makes about one gallon of punch.

Lemonade diet #3: frozen pink punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 pkgs. wild strawberry cool-aid
  • 2 qts water
  • 1 (46 oz) can pine apple juice
  • 1 ¼ c sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 qt lemon lime drink

Method of preparation:

  • Mix all together, except lemon- lime drink.
  • Freeze in gallon milk carton.
  • Defrost before serving, not completely and add drink.

Lemonade diet #4: ever green punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 sm. Pkgs. lemon lime cool aid
  • 2 qt water (1 qt warmed)
  • 2 c sugar
  • ½ c real lemon juice
  • 1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice
  • 2 qt ginger ale

Method of preparation:

  • Dissolve sugar and cool aid in quart of warm water.
  • Add pineapple and lemon juice to other quart of water.
  • Mix well and add ginger ale just before serving.
  • This can be made days ahead and frozen with the ginger ale.
  • Take out of freezer in plenty of time to thaw to mushy consistency.
  • Add ginger ale and serve.

Lemonade diet #5: spiced tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 c tang
  • 1 ½ c sugar
  • ¾ c instant tea
  • 1 pkg. lemon lime cool aid
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pkg. mixed fruit flavor jello
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp allspice

Method of preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients and keep them in a jar.
  • When ever you want to drink spiced tea, use 3 teaspoons of mixture for one cup of water.

These are the five lemonade diets which are easy to prepare with in short period of time.
