I have reduced my body fat to 12% using portion/calorie controlled meal plans. The basic protocols are:
1/Eat your large, complex carb meals in the morning, up to and including lunch. There after, taper the calories down and eat only protein and fibrous carbs,ie. green vegetables.
&#039;Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper&#039;
This will also automatically ensure a low carb diet
2/ Eat 5 or 6 meals a day at 3 hour intervals
2/ Use coconut oil as an alternative energy souce. It also stimulates the thyroid gland which boosts your metabolism and increase fat burn.
Diet, or nutrition as I prefer to call it, is not the only key, regular exercise is also very important!!</description>
